Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate goods, health and personal care items, and sale items, are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
